Link and His Crimson Loftwing

I was bored and I really wanted to try out drawing his bird. I've been practicing over and over to get him right because I didn't want to copy from a photograph...I think I have him moderately right...right?? Give me some criticism if ya see something wrong.

My teachers are nice enough to let me color in class I loved drawing this because the birds are so pretty And I wanted to try out Link with his poofy pants because anytime else he has to wear tights...I'm so used to the Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time designs.
